This Privacy Policy describes our privacy policy and how we use your personal information. By registering with Snap2, Co. Inc., ('Snap2') to use this site (the 'Site'), you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy, which may be modified from time to time.

We collectinformation for the purpose of matching Job Seekers and Employers. Snap2 does not sell or share personally identifiable information with any unaffiliated third party for non- Snap2 purposes, except as may be stated in this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information We Collect

We receive and store any information you enter on our web site or give us in any other way.

Job Seekers

To use the Site, Job Seekers may be required (or may choose) to enter personally identifiable information, including name, street address, email address, and phone number. Personally identifiable information may be disclosed to potential employers, although the Site may offer an option to keep such information confidential unless a Job Seeker expressly authorizes its release.

Aggregate Information

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information, such as education, industry experience, skills, work history, demographic, and location based information. Snap2 may use, disclose, and provide such information in aggregate form to third parties as long as personally identifiable information is not disclosed. Aggregate data generally refers to collections of data, often for statistical purposes, and not to personally identifiable (e.g., the number of people with a certain degree, or from a certain state or zip code).

Employers

Employers may be required to enter basic company information and also a primary Employer contact. The basic company information may be publicly displayed, but contact information will be kept in confidence unless agreed otherwise. We also collect job specifications from Employers, including desired educational requirements, industry experience, work experience, and skills. These job specifications are used to match employment opportunities with Job Seekers and are not kept confidential. We are not required to keep confidential any information that you publicly disclose on the Site, e.g., in a free form box for entering information.

Use on Other Sites

For information you provide to this Site for public display, Snap2 shall have the right to display such information on any of its other public site(s), including the site currently viewed.

Use of Cookies

Snap2 may use "cookies" to obtain information. Cookies are small text files recorded in your hard drive that act as a unique identifier, which enables our site to automatically recognize you when you log on to our web site. Cookies also allow Snap2 to track your activity on our site, target you with offers and advertisements relevant to your interests, and collect other information.

Log Information

Snap2 stores log information gathered by our web server software. This information is used for security, troubleshooting and maintenance and statistical analysis. Standard log information includes information such as the requested web page, an IP address of the User making the request, date and time of the request, the web page address visited prior to the request, and the user’s browser and operating system.

Accessing Your Information

You may access the personal information you provide, and may modify or delete that information, provided that we may take steps to verify who you are before we allow you access. If you delete your personally identifiable information, we can retain aggregate data for analytical or other purposes.

Use of Job Seeker Data on Co-Branded Sites

Snap2 may work with other entities on Co-Branded Sites to power the job seeking function of an entity. If you are a job seeker and provide information on Co-Branded Site, such information becomes the property of both Snap2 and the originating Co-Branded Site. Snap2 will not be responsible for the use or misuse of your information by other entities we work with on the Co-Branded Site. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of any other entity sponsoring a Co-Branded Site.

Disclosure of Information

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose information:

a. if such release is made to comply with the law or an order issued by a court or an authorized administrative agency, respond to a subpoena issued by a court or other authority, protect the rights or property of Snap2 or its affiliated companies, prevent a crime, or protect the personal safety of users or others;

b. to companies for the purpose of providing services on our behalf, such as credit card payment processing, customer service, information technology services, and hosting services;

c. as part of a merger or consolidation, or part of the sale of all or substantially all the stock or assets of the business to which the information pertains;

d. as part of a disposition in a bankruptcy proceeding in a transaction approved by the bankruptcy court; that you have publicly disclosed on the Site.

User Feedback

If any user provides feedback, any such comments and any email we receive becomes the property of Snap2. We may use feedback for marketing purposes or to add to or modify our services without paying any royalties or other compensation to you.

Changes

If you do not accept any changes to this Privacy Policy, you may delete your information.
